If you have a specific problem with your mask, enter those in the Message section – for example, your mask may be free flowing when you plug it in, or perhaps you noticed that the Oral Nasal has a crack in the body, etc.
The manufacturer CMM’s have tight tolerances for items that need to be verified before a crew oxygen mask can return to service. We are fully transparent in our quotes, providing the part numbers & names of the parts that may be required to restore your crew oxygen mask to a fully serviceable condition.
EROS/Zodiac (Safran Aerosystems) crew oxygen masks require an overhaul every 6 years per CMM
B/E Aerospace (Rockwell Collins) crew oxygen masks require an overhaul every 12 years (recommended at 6 years)
